RIP to the Pimp

Here's some audio from a recent Bun B interview discussing Pimp C and his the times they had together.  Seems wild but this past Saturday makes 3 years since Pimp C passed away.  Still remember that day during my Junior year of college.  This was the first time that a musician passed that I felt a connection to...but all of my friends that knew I was a UGK were talking to me like he was my brother or something lol.  I wasn't like one of the bawling MJ fans when he passed...but that day definitely had a cloud over it.  Everyone that listened to his music could feel the emotion coming through the speakers...you couldn't help but to feel him.  Big ups to Bun for keeping the UGK ship together...TRILL to the fullest.

Sorry I've been slacking on the blog posts recently...haven't really had a lot to share.  I could go in on how Cleveland fans looked pathetic when LeBron came back to town...but they already made a fool of themselves so I'll pass.  I'm on that Bud Light Lime so I'm buzzing...vibing to some tunes my Dad made me listen to when I was a kid.  Thanks Dad...you've shaped my musical tastes in the best way.
